We are looking for another ingredient to add to our mix! Working closely with the CFO, the IT Operations Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the IT experience for v2food. You will provide first-class planning across all IT disciplines and projects, which align with our business-wide goals & objectives. You will own your function by developing an effective operation strategy and framework that will enhance our information security and cyber resilience. As the face of the IT department, you will build strong relationships with your key stakeholders and be the go-to person for all things project and information related, communicating to the business on updates, outcomes and resource requirements.
Some duties this role will cover include:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to succeed
- Lead your functions change management initiatives across the business
- Maintain and monitor IT service levels and experience
- Effectively plan and coordinate all existing and future IT projects and their deliverables
- Communicate with the business on project implementation updates
- Maintain the program calendar for all IT projects and routine activity
- Strategically plan and execute the IT operating model
- Preparing status reports
What We Are Looking For….
As the demands at v2food change often in this dynamic environment, we’re looking for someone that first and foremost is highly adaptable and brings a tremendous amount of energy to the team.
Some specifics that we’d also like for you to bring to this opportunity include:
- 5+ years IT management experience
- Experience in IT systems projects
- Experience in cross company change management
- Experience in Microsoft cloud technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (desirable)
