POSITION SUMMARY
As the Management Consultant for IT Operations you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all third-party and internally managed technology services used to support business processes and services across the enterprise. This is achieved through the management and orchestration of people, products, providers and processes to business requirements and agreed service levels.
KEY DUTIES& ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Establish and maintain strong engagement and relationships with business stakeholders to ensure priorities, vision and roadmaps are aligned
• Work collaboratively across business and technology to continually evolve the vision, objectives, priorities and anticipated benefits for operations and users
• Responsible for each asset and service end to end, ensuring delivery against agreed service levels
• Responsible for the foundational technology which underpins McGrath operations covering cyber, processes, and data
• Identify Risk, Value and Cost in relation to operational services to ensure business priorities are understood
• Deliver efficiencies in the technology services budget that provide a net reduction in cost year on year while maintaining or exceeding service delivery outcomes
• Work in a committed team with the resilience to adjust to evolving technology landscape and services requirements

- Experience in providing a broad range of database administrative and related tasks

- Capacity to work independently with minimal direction& work collaboratively as part of your immediate team
