Stepping in to the IT Operations Lead position you will focus in 3 main areas:
- Operational Support, managing a team of 2 support professionals and optimizing and documenting SLAs for a new Ticketing System
- Tooling across the business - Is it fit for purpose and if so is it being used to its full potential? Everything from Video Conferencing to
- Governance and Change Management
This role will suit someone with experience working across a scale up environment and implementing changes to process and technology in a business with approx. 300 end users. The challenges will be really understanding the technology needs of the business and working closely with the different area leaders to maximize their technology use and automating processes where possible.
This is a business that wants to change and has proved that with the spend on Tech recently, including a massive ERP implementation and new Ticketing Systems and now is the time to make sure it is put to the right use
