It Service Desk Analyst

Our client is a seeking a IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be 5 days per week on site at their Tullamarine Office and would require the successful candidate to be a Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• You will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for staff members (500 users) both face to face and through phone
• Record, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate IT related issues
• Support Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange
• Provide support for Apple devices

To succeed in this position you will have:

• Proven experience working in Service Desk roles (2+ years experience)
• Willingness to learn and provide great customer experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Good problem solving abilities
• Experience using ITSM tools
• Permanent Resident or Citizen
• Able to work 5 day a week on site in Tullamarine (free parking on site)
