Daily responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for staff members (500 users) both face to face and through phone
- Record, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate IT related issues
- Support Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange
- Provide support for Apple devices
To succeed in this position you will have:
- Proven experience working in Service Desk roles (2+ years experience)
- Willingness to learn and provide great customer experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Good problem solving abilities
- Experience using ITSM tools
- Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Able to work 5 day a week on site in Tullamarine (free parking on site)
