About the role:

Working as a Support IT Client Services Consultant you will work on the front line of assisting a wide range of roles from Head office team to Nurses on the ground caring for our residents.

About you:

As the newly appointed Support IT Client Services Consultant the knowledge that you have acquired through your work and life experiences will include:

  • Team player, willing to selflessly help others (others will help you back)
  • High levels of attention to details, think check lists and routine tasks.
  • Reliable, you are accountable and take responsibility for your actions.
  • Customer service focus, you enjoy bringing joy to people lives by helping them.
  • Enjoy the learning process.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (this is a must)
  • Ideally you have an ITIL foundations certification.
  • Have worked on a Service desk for more than 1 year: Phone calls, ITSM tickets
