Reporting into the Regional Director of Finance, this is an existing role for the South East Asia Pacific (SEAPAC) region based in our new SEAPAC support office Cremorne. Fundamentally this role is accountable for providing timely and appropriate support for IT issues for HUGO BOSS locations and employees across SEAPAC. Occasional weekend standby support is required.
What you can expect:
-Ensuring the Service Desk for HUGO BOSS SEAPAC, is managed in line with the IT Service Level Agreement (SLA)
-Monitoring IT systems, server & network infrastructure and escalation of incident cases following Global IT Service Desk procedures and processes
-Providing relevant and effective coaching and training of IT processes & systems (hardware use / systems use etc) to stakeholders
-Revising, devising and executing IT policy and procedure
-Participate and coordinate tasks, activities and feedback sessions, with Headquarters in Germany and our Shared Service IT Centre in Hong Kong
-Basic network performance monitoring, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
-Monitoring IT hardware and software lifecycle (ie warranty management / repairs / replacements / upgrades etc)
-Referring IT issues to agreed vendors or local country contacts as required
-Ensuring the Service Desk for HUGO BOSS SEAPAC, is managed in line with IT Security & Data Protection policies
Your profile:
-Results driven
-Demonstrable effective time management skills
-Addresses issues quickly, ensuring minimal impact to the business
-Previous experience in a customer focused, Service Desk role
-Appropriate tertiary qualifications in computer technology
-Good understanding of server administration and maintenance
-Previous experience with SAP will be an advantage
