It Support Analyst

• Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension
• Hybrid working environment, 2 days in the office
• Opportunity to provide valuable support across core business systems

As a Support Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality technical and operational support across all core applications and business systems. You'll provide expertise in maintaining and optimising these business-critical systems, ensuring seamless operations and maximising efficiency. Additionally, you'll assist in defining enhancement requirements, managing execution, and fostering proactive communication with stakeholders, including vendors and consultants.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical, operational, and business support for core business systems and applications.
• Manage application and operational queue, triaging and resolving incidents within agreed service levels.
• Maintain system performance, optimisation, and lifecycle management.
• Support systems integration's and processes, ensuring seamless operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and end-user experience.

Experience that will help you be successful in this role:

• Experience in a similar role providing Level 1 & 2 application support.
• ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management experience.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms, including SQL, .NET, and integration tools.
• Experience with the following will be highly regarded, SQL, CRM, JIRA, Pinforce, Goldcare, Kofax, Doc Assembler, Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform
• Experience in testing and project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated customer service focus and ability to maintain relationships.
