Currently undertaking a significant transformation, they are looking for driven IT Support Officer who can act as an evangelist for their technologies practice on the ground in Brisbane.
This person will be working closely with stakeholders providing national support remotely and local on-site IT support in the Brisbane office. You will be the go-to person, building strong relationships and providing a great IT experience through expertise is key.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service that focuses on solution driven outcomes for end-users both national and local.
- Take ownership of incidents, problems and requests presented to the Helpdesk, ensuring they are troubleshooted to thoroughly and resolved in line within established SLA thresholds.
- Provide support for key line of business applications such as iManage Work10, Webex, Microsoft Office and other platforms in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues (WiFi, VPN, and local).
- Respond to and appropriately escalate system incidents and alerts.
- Develop user guides and knowledge documentation to support IT operations and user education.
- Deliver training to staff (including induction) as required.
- Setting up laptops and maintaining an inventory of hardware.
- Manage user accounts including setup of new starters and departures.
- Manage and support meeting room audio/visual setups and equipment.
- Previous IT Helpdesk experience.
- Demonstrated level of maturity in time management, problem-solving, customer service skills.
- The ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team to resolve complex issues.
- The ability to prioritise your workload, remain calm under pressure and interact with people on all levels.
- Show initiative and enthusiasm towards personal and professional development.
