About the role
In this position you will be responsible for providing:
- High Level 1 technical support both on-site and remotely.
- Assistance with setting up, installing, and onboarding new and existing projects for our clients.
- Documenting solutions, environments, and processes for our clients.
- Travel will be required from time to time
To ensure effective project delivery, you will utilise various systems, including Autotask, IT Glue, Datto RMM, and Microsoft 365 Management applications.
Required skills:
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with Office/Microsoft 365 Administration
- Including SharePoint management, Security planning and management, and Teams Phone System
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Remote Desktop Applications
- Experience with LAN/WAN networking
Skills desired (but not essential):
- Experience Deploying Windows Server and Windows Server Technologies
- Experience with Virtualisation Technologies
- Experience with more advanced networking (802.1q, 802.1x, dynamic routing etc)
- Experience with firewalls (creating/editing rulebases, remote access and site to site VPNs)
- Experience with IP Telephony
- Experience with desktop presentation – Microsoft RDS or Azure Virtual Desktop
- Experience with security platforms and processes.
