The job

Position is based in Bathurst (with initial training in our head office in Orange).

As an IT Support Technician, your job is to keep the clients happy. Tasks include:

• Field incoming support requests on software, hardware, networking and cloud from end users via telephone, email or help desk portal
• Provide onsite and remote support to end-users across all technologies
• Record, track and document the help desk request problem-solving process,
• Monitor and identify patterns with client support requests and show initiative in coming up with solutions
• Maintain awareness of clients SLA's and manage expectations appropriately
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues

• Commitment to keeping up to date with current industry trends and emerging technologies.

Travel & Other Requirements:

Most of our clients are in located within the Orange & Bathurst regions, however you may be required to support clients further afield at times. You will need a driver's license.

Due to current client requirements (including Health and Community Services) working onsite requires candidates to be vaccinated against COVID.
