PURPOSE OF POSITION
This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer. The key objective is to ensure the reliability, security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure to support the organisation to achieve its goals.
ROLE IN LEADING OUR PURPOSE
The role is critical to providing scalable, sustainable IT solutions to support a fast-paced business. The role will be responsible for managing a wide range of IT Functions:
- IT security, including firewall management, software maintenance, user administration, Cyber security protection strategies.
- Maintenance of IT software packages including Dataforce, CRM (Monday/HubSpot), Power BI.
- Oversee the maintenance of our company’s web presence including webhosting, Plugins, domain names and renewals.
- Improve the functionality of Microsoft 365 systems through training, development and software enhancements.
- Manage integrations to ensure accuracy of data integrity and protection. - Manage and administrate Telephone systems.
- Lead the development through Project Management of all IT Projects to ensure successful deployment within the business. Adopting a strict change management protocol.
- Provide Timely support for technical issues at both basic and intermediate levels.
- Expertise in Data Backup, disaster recovery, and networking protocols.
- Manage IT cost budget to provide return on investment to the business.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- At least five years of IT professional Experience
- Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent time management skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365
- Ability to support desktop environments, including troubleshooting and hardware management
- Skills in setting up and managing network printers/scanners
- Project Management skills and a change management agent
- Excellent communication skills to support business stakeholders
- A can-do attitude and a solutions mindset
