About the Role
Teys Australia has an exciting opportunity for a driven IT Technical Service Support to join our IT Service Desk team at our collaborative Group Support Services offices located in Eight Mile Plains, south of Brisbane in Queensland. This dynamic role is responsible for supporting first and second level requests from our users across the business.
Reporting to our IT Service Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate and participate in key process improvements, interacting with different areas within the organisation and delivering remote and on-site assistance to different stakeholders.
About You
It is essential that you have the following experience/skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, or related discipline
- ITIL certification
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and other Microsoft Products (Office suite & Office365 Administration, End point Management)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNOW ITSM platform
- Microsoft Modern Desktop, with a strong understanding of Intune and autopilot
- Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, Exchange on-premises and Exchange online.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated capacity to explain simple procedures in writing or verbally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Desirable:
- Understanding of the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Exposure to production/factory working environment and remote support.
- Experience working with project management team.
