About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic ICT Technician to play a vital role in our business to support, involve in project preparation and enhance our IT support and maintenance services, both on premises, onsite and on cloud.
Responsibilities will include but not limit to:
- Provide ICT help desk and onsite support to customers.
- Trouble shoot all desktop / printing / scanning problems.
- Manage Routers and Firewalls.
- Provide support for PC / Server / Apple Mac / smart devices.
- Provide support for Windows AD / DNS & Virtualisation.
- Provide knowledge transfer to customers.
- Provide accurate problem resolution with thorough and clear documentation.
- Maintain case/issue history within our helpdesk.
- Provide onsite service & training for customers.
- Provide support on VOIP solutions.
To be successful in this position, the candidate will need to have:
- 1 years plus experience in Technical Support & desktops experience preferred.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- A Certificate III or above in Information and Technology.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft virtualisation / VMware.
- Experience in server backup solutions or VOIP.
- Good knowledge in Data Networking including LAN, WAN, / Active directory, VLAN, firewalls, routers & network switches.
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers at all levels with a can-do attitude.
- Good written skills including report writing.
- Cybersecurity knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge and IT technical skills in the following disciplines: Microsoft Office, SQL database management, Security & networking experience.
- Ability to prioritise your works.
- Ability to report to all level.
- Ability to follow procedures and generate procedures as job changes.
This is a full-time position that requires you to work in the office or onsite. Occasionally, you may be required to work outside office hours on some weeknights or weekends, and you will be offered time in lieu or paid accordingly.
You must have a NSW driver class C license and your own vehicle.
You must also be an Australian citizen/resident or hold a valid Visa to work in Australia.
