A bit about your role
The People and Culture Project Coordinator has been created to increase the support for nbn's investment in our Internal Field Workforce Capability where we are increasing our Field workers by 250 employees by the end of the 2024 financial year.
This project coordination role is to allow focus on the development and delivery of key People and Culture initiatives to successfully implement the Field workforce capability plan. The areas of focus identified include but are not limited to recruitment, onboarding, induction, learning and development, health and safety and diversity all of which are currently in different stages of development. You will work closely with the Field Project Specialist and other key stakeholders within P&C and Operations.
Reporting into the Executive Manager People Services Operations, you will have the opportunity to coordinate P&C project objectives, onboarding and induction, prepare required documentation to support New Starters joining nbn, support People Central enquiries ensuring consistent advice is provided to our Field workforce, assist with HR Operations calls & activities when required, and continuously improve team processes and functions.
A bit about you
You will bring experience in a People Services and/ or Human Resources environment, sound knowledge in HR Lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement. You will be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will have the intermediate ability in Microsoft Office, proven ability to work in HR Systems (Workday, Salesforce) and superior attention to detail and accuracy. Further to this, you will have excellent verbal and written communication and ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
