Japanese Speaking Accounts Officer

• Temp role via HOBAN
• You will be expected to work 2 -3 days a week during training period, and then increase to 4- 5 days once all the neccessary training is completed
• Located in Perth

About the role

• Process invoice data entry in accounting system (SAP)
• Process employees' reimbursement claims and assist employees with their queries
• Manage invoice / expense claim system and involve in the improvement for the process
• Review purchase requisitions & issue purchase orders
• Process project cash call payments and relevant procedures such as Inter-Co transfer
• Process invoice issuing and manage accounts receivable
• Manage cash movement in all Bank accounts
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations for assigned accounts/entities
• Improve AP/AR workflow
• Undertakes other related tasks and duties as assigned by VP Finance
• Handle any ad-hoc duties requested by manager

About you

• Proven min of 2-3 years experience in accounting or similar position
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel.
• Experience with accounting software - Ideally SAP (Training will be provided if you don't have any experience)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work to deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Japanese and English bilingual language skills
• Full wroking rights in Australia with no work restriction
