A major Japanese company is seeking a Japanese Speaking Business Development Manager where you will be responsible for overall process of sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in building new clients and maintaining existing portfolios.
Description
The key responsibilities and duties:
- Involve in Business Development activities including researching, prospecting, and qualifying new clients
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and develop relationships with new clients
- Liaise with internal departments to provide all client enquiries including product specifications and pricing
- Prepare proposals, quotations and tender responses
- Provide reports and forecasting to the management
- Work closely and liaise with various external stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
- Previous experience as a sales or Business Development
- Fluent in Japanese and English language skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to develop and build customer relationships
- A self-motivated, result and detail orientated individual, passionate about winning new business
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
