Jnr Admin Assistant

Pro Repair Group is seeking an enthusiastic admin/receptionist to join their team. Candidates must be willing to learn new skills, be an honest and a reliable worker and have the ability to build great working relationships & rapport with our customers & suppliers

The successful candidate will need the following:

• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
• A current Australian driver’s license 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually 

duties include:

• Greeting/Assist customers in friendly & professional manner
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages 
• Entering & maintaining all bookings in the working diary with accuracy.
• Liaising with customers & suppliers in a professional & courteous manner. 
• Assist with filing & other administrative duties as required.
