Pro Repair Group is seeking an enthusiastic admin/receptionist to join their team. Candidates must be willing to learn new skills, be an honest and a reliable worker and have the ability to build great working relationships & rapport with our customers & suppliers
The successful candidate will need the following:
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- A current Australian driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
duties include:
- Greeting/Assist customers in friendly & professional manner
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
- Entering & maintaining all bookings in the working diary with accuracy.
- Liaising with customers & suppliers in a professional & courteous manner.
- Assist with filing & other administrative duties as required.
