Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in finding the mortgage products to suit their needs.
• Manage the entire loan process, from application to settlement, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Liaise with clients to collect all necessary documents and information for loan applications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, and other professionals to generate referrals.
• Stay up-to-date with lending guidelines, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Proactively generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other business development activities. 
• Implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed target goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Officer.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and mortgage loan products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Holder of Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
