Primary Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to grasp their financial objectives and suggest suitable mortgage products.
- Educate clients on the nuances of various mortgage options and guide them through decision-making.
- Aid clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering required documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless application process.
- Stay abreast of market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
- Furnish clients with timely, pertinent information to facilitate their decision-making.
- Generate leads through diverse channels such as networking events, social media, referrals, and existing client base.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and other industry stakeholders.
- 2 + years experience as a Mortgage Broker or Banker (lending based role)
- Proficiency in Mandarin language highly valued
- Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills, coupled with a commitment to setting achievable client expectations.
- Proficiency in mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics.
- Data-driven mindset, with a knack for gathering and processing client information.
- Cert IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain).
