This is not the traditional Mortgage Broker role, as:

This will suit someone with a lending background in a Bank, or a Mortgage Broker.

In regard to the remuneration package. My client believes in a higher base than the industry standard as they know their Loan Writers will deliver, and they want to attract the best. The base will be negotiated depending on experience but it starts above $100k.
