Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to grasp their financial objectives and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
- Educate clients about the nuances of various mortgage options and assist them throughout the decision-making process.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.
- Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide clients with timely and relevant information.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as networking events, social media, and referrals from our affiliated building companies.
- Develop and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and other industry partners.
- Proven finance experience with a successful track record in a lending or sales role.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics.
- Cert IV Finance and Mortgage Broking.
