Experienced Credit Analysts/Parabrokers, look no further!
We are looking for a hard working, self motivated Parabroker join our growing team!
Role will involve packaging deals for the Broker, and managing the application, including client relationship, from proposal through to settlement.
To be considered for this role you need a minimum 12 months experience working for a Mortgage Broker and be looking to take the next step in your career.
This is a Sydney based role with flexible working arrangements in our Sydney office as well as days working from home.

About the role
- Prepare lender submissions
- Interact with customers to obtain all required deal information.
- The analysis of financial statements and payslips.
- Research lenders to confirm credit policy.
- Complete initial assessments and lender servicing calculators to confirm the loan works.
- Prepare lender submission notes.
- Instruct our VA team so that they can enter client information into our CRM
and produce the lender compliance documents. - Email the home loan proposal and compliance documents to our clients for
signing. - Instruct our VA team to submit lender applications to the banks once all
customer documents have been returned. - Action missing information and conditional approval lender requests.
- Focus on obtaining lender unconditional approvals.
- Assist clients in signing Loan Contracts
- Communicating with customers, Buyers Agents and Conveyancers to update them on the status of applications up until Settlement
About you!
- The role requires a person with outstanding customer expertise with a focus on genuine and clear communication when dealing with clients and 3rd parties.
- We are after somebody that is personable, driven and is career focused to join our team.
- You will need superb communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
- You will need strong time management skills given our workloads.
- You will have a minimum 12 months experience working with a Mortgage Broker and be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Being passionate about property and investing is bonus.
- Phone and laptop supplied.
