Junior Accounts Role

We are currently seeking a full-time Junior Accounts Assistant to join a great team in Wetherill Park.

This full-time opportunity will see you challenged while you develop and grow your existing finance skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Completing Accounts Payable and Receivable using MYOB.
• Completing Payroll using MYOB.
• Prepare and maintain accounting files, reports and summaries.
• Filing of associated documentation.
• Other ad-hoc finance duties as required.

 Skills & Experience we are looking for:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
• High-level computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• MYOB experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Previous data entry experience.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Sound organizational skills.
• Very high attention to detail.
• Reliable, with good work-ethic.
• Fast accurate data entry and good typing speed.
• Be motivated by targets and KPIs.
