About the role
We are seeking a fulltime ‘Junior Administration Assistant’ to join our team at Ormeau. The role will see you providing exceptional customer service in addition to administrative support to our various trade teams.
Duties include:
- Reception phone duties
- Scheduling work and attendances for our trades
- High volume data entry
- Customer service
- Liaising with estimators, suppliers and external contractors
Requirements for the role
- FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
- Bubbly, friendly approachable personality
- Pleasant and patient phone manner
- Reliability and team focussed
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Current drivers’ licence and own reliable transport
