Form of workGriffin Group Accountants is currently seeking an Junior Administration Assistant for a fulltime, fixed term 12-month contract. This is an in office role covering Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with an immediate start date for the suitable candidate.

In a great location, this role is based in Upper Mt Gravatt adjacent to the Garden City Shopping centre and major transport hubs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain the smooth operation of all Griffin Group entities, and ensure our clients receive a high level of customer service via email, telephone and in person.
- Provide administration support functions and ensure proper filling procedures.
- Address phone calls and provide a friendly reception for clients.
- Handle the collection, distribution and organisation of incoming and outgoing postal items.
- Ensure the general tidiness of the office, overseeing kitchen maintenance and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the Australia Taxation office (ATO) and clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, emphasizing effective communication and upholding high-quality standards.
- Fulfill other administrative duties as necessary for all entities within the company.
Skills & Attributes
- Effective problem solving.
- High level of verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Computer skills including Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
- Ability to work as part of a team and share information effectively.
- Demonstrate a high degree of professional conduct, particularly in telephone communications.
