Description:
We are seeking a motivated and determined Junior Administration Assistant who can provide varied administration support to our business. In this role you will be working closely with and supervised by our Business Administration Manager, in a great workplace with a dynamic group of people. This role will suit an individual who is motivated to learn and can take on new responsibilities.
Position duties include but are not limited to:
- Data entry
- Client reporting
- Handling incoming and outgoing email correspondence
- General admin and accounts support
- Any other ad hoc duties.
- Maintaining online databases
- Tracking important business and client deadlines
Skills and Attributes:
- Full time working rights in Australia
- Sound Knowledge Microsoft Office 365
- Good computer and technical skills
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and an eye for detail
- Well-presented and good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self motivated, punctual and reliable.
Location: Kingsgrove (close to public transport and the M5)
