About the Role:
Been looking for your opportunity to enter the mining industry? Well, this could be it! Mader are looking for a Junior Administrator who is willing to learn, has a can-do attitude and eye for detail!
You'll be apart of our dynamic and supportive team, reporting to the Global Pathways Lead you will play a pivotal part in driving the expansion of our operations across Australia & Canada, specifically through end-to-end mobilisation of mechanical trades for our Global Pathways, Canada program.
This role is based at our Perth HQ located at the Perth Airport.
Working hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the mobilisation and demobilisation process of Mader personnel
- Facilitation of travel and accommodation bookings for personnel
- Organising site specific inductions (site based/online), PPE and medical requirements
- Monitoring of employee licenses/tickets, and maintaining the training matrix
- Maintaining site Customer Management System (CMS)
- Maintaining high level customer service to both internal and external clients
Skills & Experience:
- Preferably 2 years' experience in admin, travel or customer service roles
- Prior experience in the mining industry, highly regarded
- Accurate data entry skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience using mobilisation systems, highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi task and meet multiple deadlines
- Professional and friendly attitude
