Your Opportunity
With an increasing demand for technological and data based approaches to asset management, our client is seeking an Asset Auditor to join and support the delivery of Asset Management auditing, consulting and commissions. They are also immensely interested in seeking someone with a data analytics background to assist with the exploration of machine learning and data visualisation for their clients, or based specifically on Asset Management auditing! Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional service and experience to a variety of clients, ranging from schools to city councils. This is a role that will allow you to travel across Australia on multiple projects, with no extra expense!

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking visual assessments of properties to assist with asset register data collection, analysis, and guidance.
• Provide informed Asset Management advisory across multiple asset classes such as student accommodation, mining, commercial etc.
• Advisory surrounding asset lifecycle replacement, disposal and future forecasting.
• Complement senior consultants on site with asset data information gathering and analysis
• Aid in lifecycle capital replacement modelling
