About Your Role
As a Junior Associate – Fixed Income, your role is to support a team of relationship managers in managing their books of clients and achieving sales targets
- You will provide a high level of client service particularly to a large private client customer base and resolve any complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- To be successful you will maintain a strong understanding of credit markets, global macro-outlook and the specific products made available by FIIG.
- You will become familiar with FIIG’s tools to facilitate bond portfolio construction and trade suggestions, and consistently update and maintain FIIG’s client relationship Management Software (CRM)
- Attend and contribute to regular sales and client meetings including the morning meeting
- Assist the sales team in achieving revenue, client service and client acquisition targets
- You will support communication between the front and back office to ensure sales processes are adhered to in accordance with the national sales process
- You must use your initiative to support the sales team by performing analysis of client data and records from within CRM and also generate trades ideas and draft sales notes
- You will always act in a professional and efficient manner support your team in delivery private wealth management solutions to FIIG clients including all aspects of administrative support
About You
- 1-2 Years Corporate experience advantageous but not essential
- Experience working in Finance, Sales or other customer service roles
- Degree in Finance or Mathematics, RG146 Qualification will be highly regarded
- Desire to work in financial markets, with an interest in direct client service/advice
- A team player with a good attitude and energy who will contribute positively to a strong culture within FIIG
- You are results focused and can display initiative and independence in what you do
