The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Finance Business Partner to support our growing specialty coffee business in Australia and Singapore. We are seeking a results-driven and strategically-minded candidate who possesses commercial acumen to collaborate with us in shaping and executing our financial strategy and driving profitable growth in this dynamic and fast-paced industry.

- As our Junior Finance Business Partner, you will partner with key stakeholders in commercial decision making processes, provide financial support driving performance and support business growth/shaping the way forward
- You will get stuck into a variety of internal projects and cases that will help support business decisions and improve processes.
- You will deliver operational tasks such as performance reporting, forecasting and planning as required
- You will be exposed to the Singapore market by having the opportunity to work closely with our Singapore cafe team
- You will be an expert in maintaining and monitoring our key financial system and comfortable in analysing the information from it for financial reporting.
You’ll be someone who thrives off a challenge, a keen learner and a collaborator who can effectively influence decision making at all levels of our business. When it comes to experience, ideally you’ll have an Accounting or Finance degree with around 2 years experience. A CPA/CA qualification or on your way to completing this is ideal but not a requirement.
You’re a natural when it comes to resolving and solving issues, discrepancies and have a love for numbers and the detail also. To others your known as analytical, logical and factual, but can see the importance of balancing the interpersonal aspects of the role too –communication, relationships and teamwork to name a few.
This is a full-time, fixed term 9-month contract opportunity based in our Toby's Estate Roastery in Chippendale, with a potential to view to extend further. We support flexible hybrid working (office and home).
