About the Role:
We are seeking a talented full-time Junior Graphic Designer, based at our National Support Office in Macquarie Park, NSW. Reporting into the Senior Graphic Designer and working closely with the Marketing Director, this role plays an integral part in the development of artwork and design projects for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

- Design and produce high-quality print and digital assets, including but not limited to:
- Posters, brochures, flyers, product catalogues
- Digital Banners
- Digital Ads
- Infographic & Illustrations
- Animations & Videos
- Prepare final design files for production ensuring correct specifications and formats for printing or digital distribution within specified deadlines
- Seek and effectively utilise feedback from key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objective
- Work to continuously enhance design skills and adhere to industry best practices
- Effectively manage assets and resources such as images, graphics, templates and design files
- Continuously ensure uniformity of brand representation across all marketing collateral to maintain brand integrity and cohesion across product portfolios
- Provide general ad hoc support
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or Communication Design or proven experience in graphic design
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience through internships, freelance work, or entry-level positions
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing design projects, highlighting creativity and technical proficiency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Video editing skills (AE or PR) advantageous but not essential
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong eye for aesthetics and visual details
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to interpret and respond to design briefs
- Clear and effective communication skills to convey design concepts, receive feedback, and collaborate with team members
- Proactive and innovative thinking
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
