The role
We are recruiting an Administration Assistant to work in our newly opened Wauchope office. This role will:
- Engage with Carexcell's existing and growing client base via phone and face to face contact,
- Undertake rostering of staff in accordance with client preferences and staff qualifications,
- Support daily operations by undertaking administrative duties which include creating meeting minutes, maintaining documentation and registers, postage, undertaking local errands.
- Maintain stock levels of PPE and other consumable items,
- Support the creation of newsletters and other communications.
About You
- You are passionate to work with the vulnerable, elderly and/or those living with disability,
- You hold relevant qualifications and experience in administration,
- Have or are willing to gain a police clearance and first aid certificate,
- Have work rights for Australia.
