Backed by a seasoned Senior Management team, they are committed to developing talent within the HVAC space.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking individuals with a background in air-conditioning/refrigeration and prior exposure to commercial projects. This role is perfect for HVAC Site Supervisors/Managers with 4+ years' experience who are ready to step into a Project Management position. As an HVAC Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Director and Construction Manager, both of whom bring a wealth of knowledge from their years in larger HVAC companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize unique Project Management software tools to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, leveraging the expertise of our Senior Management team.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Background in air-conditioning/refrigeration.
• Experience in commercial projects within the HVAC industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
