The Role
Are you ready to kickstart your professional career within a fun and dynamic environment?
Ideal for a current law student, this casual opportunity will allow you to put into practice the knowledge you have gained during your studies.
While each day will be different, key duties will include:
- Word processing / typing and collating correspondence and documents including digital dictation, amending and formatting documents quickly and accurately;
- Day to day filing, scanning, copying and saving of emails and legal documents;
- Taking messages accurately and directing to appropriate channel;
- Diary management for authors, including booking meetings either in person or virtually;
- File opening and closing management; and
- Monthly billing and reporting.
As the successful candidate, you will ideally be a law student, eager to gain experience in a reputable firm. You will be enthusiastic and willing to learn, with aspirations to forge a successful career in law.
