Parker Simmonds has a challenging yet enjoyable position available as a Full-Time Legal Receptionist/ Junior Admin role. Training will be available on-site.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be a team player with a positive can-do attitude.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous office and/ or reception experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- LEAP experience preferred but not essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reception, answering phones, assisting secretaries in day to day running of files, general correspondence, photocopying and scanning, mail, file maintenance.
- Housekeeping.
