About the role:
Due to the businesses ongoing growth, they are now seeking a bright and bubbly Office All rounder to join our team.
Duties will include;
- Daily collecting and sorting of incoming mail
- Arranging couriers and packages.
- Reception cover during lunch breaks and leave
- Assisting all walk-in enquiries
- Monitoring, ordering and replenishing stock
- Ensuring the reception area, Showroom and meeting rooms are kept immaculate and clean
- Making tea & coffee for any guests
- General data entry and administrative tasks
- General Customer service
- Data Entry
- Daily banking

As an organised, efficient and articulate individual, you will use your initiative to support the small team around you. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a background in Retail or Hospitality, looking to kickstart their administration career.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.
