Junior Project Administrator

Proboards have been operating for 6 years specialising in Mechanical Services Switchboards. 

We are seeking a JuniorProject Administrator to join our team in entry level position, offering the room for growth within the role and company.

General Duties Include:

• Assist with Project Management including:       
  • Project Set Up
  • Budgeting
  • Request For Information  
  • Drawing Management 
  • Finalising Projects and Documentation
  • Document printing/scanning
  • Communicating with Clients and Suppliers 
• Assisting with Switchboard Design/Equipment Schedules/Data Bases  

Skills/Experience Required:

• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills

The successful candidate will be a team player who can follow instructions and not be afraid to learn new tasks and assist where needed. 

Initial contract terms are 3 months probation period as contracted casual 40hrs per week. Permanent Full-Time contract will be offered after the initial probation period.
