Proboards have been operating for 6 years specialising in Mechanical Services Switchboards.
We are seeking a JuniorProject Administrator to join our team in entry level position, offering the room for growth within the role and company.
General Duties Include:
- Assist with Project Management including:
- Project Set Up
- Budgeting
- Request For Information
- Drawing Management
- Finalising Projects and Documentation
- Document printing/scanning
- Communicating with Clients and Suppliers
- Assisting with Switchboard Design/Equipment Schedules/Data Bases
Skills/Experience Required:
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
The successful candidate will be a team player who can follow instructions and not be afraid to learn new tasks and assist where needed.
Initial contract terms are 3 months probation period as contracted casual 40hrs per week. Permanent Full-Time contract will be offered after the initial probation period.
