Real Estate Marketing & Admin Manager
We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic junior marketing and administration manager to join our award winning Real Estate office. This role will see you provide support to our busy sales team and office. We are looking for a talented individual to demonstrate commitment and the ability to work within a team and autonomously.
The Position – Key responsibilities below –
- Marketing & Sales administration
- Coordination of marketing campaigns including print media, sign boards, brochures etc.
- Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans and marketing material
- Prepare proposals, presentations and auctions
- Uploading and maintaining property listings on websites
- Maintaining company website content
- Ad hoc marketing tasks and projects are required
- Auction night attendance
Who we are looking for “The Must Haves” -
- Campaign Track & Agent Box experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and computer literacy
- Hardworking with an eye for detail
- Ability to assist in the management of a busy team
- The ability to think outside the square
- Ambition to make this role their own
