We are looking for a motivated and personable professional, who is eager to establish themselves and grow within the Real Estate industry.
In this fast-paced role you will be supporting a top performing Sales Director on Monday-Saturday, with Wednesday or Thursday off.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Stay up-to-date with Real Estate market trends, property values and local market conditions
- Prospecting, door knocking and cold calling to generate new leads
- Assisting with marketing campaigns
- Coordinating quotes, photoshoots, floorplans and marketing material as required
- Preparing homes for open for inspections
- Assisting with inspections, buyer’s appointment and conducting buyer call backs
- Liaise with solicitors regarding deposits, exchanges and settlements
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a Sales Associate/ Sales Administration role is ideal
- A current valid drivers license and own car for ease of transport
- Has obtained an Agents Representative Certificate
- Honest, reliable, ethical, disciplined and organized
- Immaculate and tasteful personal presentation
- A high standard of verbal and written communication skills
