Junior Receptionist

The firm

We are a dynamic medium-sized law firm  specializing in debt recovery, commercial litigation and insolvency.  We have a strong commercial client base with a focus on high level commercial transactions and litigation as well as debt recovery. Our firm requires a organised and dedicated Junior Receptionist/office assistant with a keen eye for detail. We provide a relaxed, but stimulating working environment with a focus on professionalism and regular client contact. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is willing to grow with the firm and advance within the role.

The Role

The successful applicant will be assisting in reception duties so it is important the applicant will present themselves well and have great phone manner. The role is suitable for anyone who recently completed their HSC and is looking to enter the workforce and start their career. We are not looking to employ any law student graduates for this position. This is a full time role Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

·         Assisting in answering busy switchboard and taking 

          messages when required

·         Assisting in retrieving the mail and

          opening and distributing mail of a 

          morning/outgoing mail in the afternoon

·         Deliveries

·         Filing at Local/Supreme Courts

·         Stationery orders

·         Internal filing

.         Archiving

.         Opening files and conducting searches
