Under a recently appointed new Principal the Firm is moving into an exciting new era with a focus on growth and developments in infrastructure which will lead to the greater delivery of Legal services. We are looking for an initiative taking, enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn on the job and play a key role in providing a high level of customer service to our clients.
The successful applicant will be responsible for general office administrative duties with the prospect of being trained to progress to a position as a Legal Secretary.
Your key tasks will be:
• Telephones – answering, redirecting, taking messages in a professional manner
• Meeting and greetings clients with a smile
• Conference room management and kitchen maintenance
• Collecting and distributing mail / courier
• Documentation processing
• Scanning documents
• Any ad-hoc duties that may come your way!
• General administrative support to Legal Secretaries
Skills & Attributes Required:
• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Strong customer focus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Clear and concise ability to take messages and email communication
• Intermediate level of computer literacy
• Great organisational skills, proactive and attention to detail
• Flexibility, reliability and organisation at all times
• Friendly, personable manner
• Positive outlook
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driver’s license is essential
• Experience or interest in the Legal Industry is an advantage, however not essential
