Our Business is based in the southern suburb of Leeming.
We are looking to fill a permanent Full time Junior Receptionist / Administration position. The role requires a positive and proactive approach to be able to support our team.
Duties include but are not limited to.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Meet and greet clients at Reception
- Collect and distribute incoming mail
- Organise outgoing mail
- Daily administrative tasks including data entry, scanning and filing documents
- Respond to client enquiries
- Attend to new work in and maintain jobs log
- Attend to company secretarial service
- Process client payments and attend bank when required
- Maintain office supplies
- Other adhoc duties as required
No Experience Necessary, willingness to learn.
Experience is an advantage but not essential.
Intermediate computer skills including use of Microsoft office suite & email
Accounting software (myob/Xero) an advantage
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and part of a team
Good written & verbal communication skills
Our ideal candidate is an Administration and Receptionist person with no experience necessary.
