Track all building passes, phones, laptops & monitors. Organising EOT facilities access with building management. Weekly monitoring of stationery and kitchen stock and re-ordering when necessary. Ensure smooth running of the Front Office and kitchen i.e. reception area is kept clean, interview rooms kept tidy and the smooth running of the kitchen roster.
