Key Information:
- Role: Junior Recruitment Consultant.
- Location: Gold Coast Office, Monday to Friday.
- Salary: $60,000-$65,000 - Depending on experience.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process directed by your manager, including but not limited to advertising, phone screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, negotiation of offers, contract creation & onboarding.
- Proactively source and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements.
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
- Effective relationship management of candidates and internal teams.
- Manage the end to end induction and on-boarding process for new employees.
- Compliance - Auditing, collating and retaining professional compliance documents for both Aged Care employees and candidates.
- Minimum of 6 months recruitment experience.
- Confident on the phones.
- Located on the Gold Coast, can attend our Southport office.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Basic customer Service and sales skills.
- Ability to accept and implement feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organised.
- Ability to make reasonable decisions.
- Experience using basic applicant tracking.
- Excellent with prioritisation and time-management.
