We are seeking a Junior Solicitor to work in a general role to support and be mentored by the firm's principal in litigation, general commercial and property law.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate shall:
- Hold a current practising certificate;
- Have a minimum of one year post-admission experience (preferred);
- Be experienced in the use of LEAP Cloud legal software (preferred).
The Role
The position offers a wide exposure to a range of legal matters including litigation, general commercial law, conveyancing, leases, estate matters and debt recovery. Some experience in these areas is a plus.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:-
- Have good time management skills and be able to work under pressure;
- Possess excellent written and communication skills, as well as the ability to learn new skills quickly.
Salary to be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
