About the role:
Pastuso is looking for their next Junior Sous Chef to continue it’s current success and evolve the business with fresh inspiration. Along with the day-to-day kitchen operations, you will be involved in menu creation, staff training and development, recruitment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Fosters a positive environment where every team member thrives. With your mentorship they will remain engaged and continually develop.
- Has experience with Peruvian or Latin American cuisine.
- Creates a work culture that encourages open communication and staff retention.
- Strong tecnical skills and experience in a hogh-end kitchen.
