The Opportunity
Ready to make an impact? Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will drive continuous improvement resulting in increased revenue and reduction in costs across the business.
You will provide support to key stakeholders in the end-to-end supply chain in which SHL are responsible for by coordinating the review of both performance and profitability metrics whilst driving continuous improvement and business growth with your customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Chair and manage meetings and create/maintain the required documentation.
- Implement and execute the Account Management Framework
- Review tender and contract documents and identify and understand bid requirements and conditions.
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders through the contract lifecycle to deliver key outcomes required by the customer and/or SHL
- Facilitate the design, development and execution of solutions for customers as required
- Identification of potential opportunities for innovation and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of SHL
- Establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio, in a methodical and structured basis
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a Healthcare or FMCG Industry in an operational capacity – Healthcare exposure is preferred
- Proven end to end business process experience
- Proven end to end operational experience, as well as experience in dealing with transport
- Strong ERP and CRM experience
- Experience working with 3PL contracts and customers
