As a Key Account Manager in our Recycling and Organics team, you'll play a crucial role in managing existing government contracts and driving new business opportunities to support our mission.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strategic relationships.
Developing and presenting various documentation, including contract documents and commercial offers.
Keeping abreast of customer activity and government policy/sustainability initiatives.
Utilising your technical skills to analyse information and manage pricing/cost structures effectively.
Conducting presentations and negotiations to convert prospects into profitable new business.
About you:
To succeed in this role, we're looking for candidates who have passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to a better future. You will also need:
Experience with long sales cycles and experience working with government or tier 1 customers.
To enjoy presenting to a varied audience, with experience in managing pricing and cost structures.
To be technically savvy with proficiency in using various systems and working with data.
relationship-building skills with the ability to engage personnel at all levels.
Strong with your communication skills and have the ability to positively influence outcomes.
A proven track record of converting prospects/quotes into profitable new business.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
