About the Role
SSP Australia are seeking several Kitchen Hands to join our team at Perth Airport on a part-time basis.
Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen during the hours of 10pm - 6:30am.
You will be supported by a great leadership team and work collaboratively with a professional Head Chef and highly experienced Culinary team. As an ideal candidate, you will be an experienced and professional team player with a can-do attitude and a commitment towards achieving outstanding results.
Shifts available:
Monday - Wednesday: 10pm - 6:30am
Thursday - Saturday: 10pm - 6:30am
What are skills and experience are we looking for?
- At least 1 year experience as a Kitchen Hand or Cleaner working in a similar role
- Food Handlers Certificate (Essential)
- Experience in working in large kitchen team
- Knowledge in WHS Compliance and strong understanding of food safety and practices
- Have a passion for food and an eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Organised, responsible, and can manage a section
- Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills and collaborative work mentality
- A lively personality and positive attitude
