Sales Consultant

Woods & Co has partnered with a new business that goes beyond typical waste management to make greener future happen. Their goal is to transform how we handle waste materials, with a focus on logistics, transportation, and recycling, all guided by data. With electronic devices having a limited lifespan, the business is committed to reducing, reusing, recycling, and minimising landfill impact for all e-waste. 

What's in it for you? 

• $60,000 - $70,000 + Super + Commission
• Immediate start available
• Port Melbourne Location
• Start up with strong financial backing
• Monday to Friday (full-time)

What do you do?

• Promote and sell sustainability products to prospective businesses.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Educate customers on the benefits of using recycling satchels for waste management.
• Customise solutions based on client needs and requirements.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for upselling.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

  
What you need?
  

• 1-2 + years in a sales position
• Strong sales skills
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving skills with a focus on providing customer solutions
• Strong relationship building skills with a level of resilience. 
• A great attitude and willingness to learn
